We conducted a nationwide survey asking how people felt about their appearance, ability to connect with others, and overall self-satisfaction. 43% of people acknowledged struggling with self-esteem.

But, after digging through responses, we identified self-defeating beliefs in 94% of the submitted answers.

Childhood experiences shape your adult self-image.
